A non-woven customer had web tension issues on their unwind and slitter rolls which caused problems down the line. M.R. Snyder was able to provide a solution to eliminate those issues, which decreased downtime and improved the throughput of the machine.

- Upgraded Powell Unwind with tension control (Line Speed up to 300 FPM).
- Incorporated Montalvo load cells for tension feedback.

- Integrated a PowerFlex755 drive and 1734 Point I/O into the existing control system.
